Massaging at it’s finest
Welcome to Chloe Fetrow Therapy
Specializing in lymphatic massage in West Chester, my mission is to help people live happier and healthier lives through the power of touch, and to bring awareness to the importance of proper immune function and the lymphatic system. I look at the body as a whole and can utilize different manual modalities to facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal itself. I like to draw on my skills as a multi-faceted clinician with experience working hands on with a wide range of ailments and conditions to create a customized, “wholistic” approach to promote relaxation, healing, and wellness. I believe that the healing process doesn’t have to be limited to one modality, so I also offer the choice to combine my services so your treatment is completely customized to your needs.

Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic massage, or Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), restores balance to the body’s tissues and has a deep, calming effect on nervous system. It is beneficial for a multitude of conditions, pre- and post-surgical procedures, and for those purely seeking relaxation and a boosted immune system.
Pre/Post-Op Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic massage has been shown to have great success addressing post-surgical swelling, as it promotes accelerated healing times by minimizing inflammation and risk of infection, as well as increasing circulation to heal incisions, and flush out unwanted debris at a faster rate. Receiving lymphatic massage prior to surgery helps prepare the area of the body about to undergo an operation, which helps accelerate the healing process.
Pre/Postnatal Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic massage significantly reduces fluid volume during and after pregnancy, while also providing physical and mental relaxation. Other benefits include faster recovery from natural birth and C-sections, minimized C-section scarring, stretch mark reduction, and increased lactation support by regulating breast milk flow to prevent mastitis or clogged milk ducts.
Oncology Massage
Each session will be designed to where you are in your body in mind. Communication is key to making sure your session is as beneficial to your health as possible. Session lengths may be adapted as per the clients wishes and rates will be adjusted accordingly.
Integrative Massage
These sessions involve a blend of Swedish and/or Therapeutic massage techniques which are unique to your needs, as well as the option of combining Lymphatic Massage and/or Myofascial Release as needed.
Myofascial Release
MFR is a whole-body, gentle approach which applies sustained pressure into fascial restrictions. This technique vastly improves the body’s imbalances (ie. structural, neurological, and/or emotional) and brings equilibrium and restoration to the body.

Who Am I
Chloe Fetrow, CLT, CCST, LMT, PTA,
I am a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Certified Cosmetic Surgery Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Physical Therapist Assistant. I spent most of my life involved in athletics, which fostered my love for anatomy and kinesiology. My passion for helping people combined with being a hands-on learner drew me towards the field of massage therapy and holistic medicine. I studied massage at the National Massage Therapy Institute in 2006. After giving birth to my daughter 2011, I felt a pull to go back to school and further my knowledge in bodywork. I applied for the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Harcum College, was accepted, and in 2014 became licensed. Since then, I have gained experience rehabilitating and treating patients with orthopedic, neurological and cardiopulmonary disorders, dementia and brain injury, cancer, and post-op recovery following many surgical procedures, etc. This piqued my interest in the lymphatic system.

“The more I learned about the lymphatic system and Manual Lymph Drainage, the more I realized that this can help a huge range of people. Everyone can benefit from this. I was hesitant to do the training because this field is not well known, but my gut told me to go for it. My first day of training, I knew this is what I want to be doing for the rest of my life.” – Chloe
